Household Registration

If you are a referral partner, please use the portal to make applications using your unique username and password. This form is only for households who do not have the support of a referral partner. can only accept one application per household. If you have already applied via one of our referral partners, please do not apply again – the application will be declined.


If you apply through the ‘Household Application Form’, it is your responsibility to send any requested evidence to us via WhatsApp (07720091131) or email ( Please make sure you include your name, postcode, and your application number if you have received it so we can add your evidence to the application.

You may need to supply details of your energy bills and other situational evidence – the easiest way to do this is to send us a copy of a recent bill.
